How to Submit a Request

Email info@seashorerestaurant.com with the subject “Account and Data Deletion Request.” Include the name and email address associated with the account or order. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you and to locate the relevant records.

What May Be Deleted

Eligible account profile information, saved preferences, contact records, and other personal information may be deleted or de-identified when legally and operationally permitted.

Information That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes. Data controlled by a separate ordering, reservation, payment, or social platform must be requested from that provider.

Timing

We will acknowledge and process verified requests within a reasonable period based on the scope of the request and applicable law.
